At AARAYA®, all products are stored, prepared, and dispatched under strictly controlled conditions to preserve their quality, integrity, and sensory excellence. Our chocolates and gourmet items are packaged and transported in temperature-regulated environments maintained between 16°C to 20°C — the optimal range to ensure product stability and prevent melting or degradation.

Upon successful delivery and handover of the order to the customer or an authorized recipient at the designated address, responsibility for proper handling, storage, and care of the products transfers to the customer. AARAYA® shall not be held liable for any damage, melting, spoilage, or deterioration of products resulting from:

• Prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight after delivery

• Failure to store items in a cool, dry place immediately upon receipt

• Delayed collection of orders from delivery personnel or reception desks

• Improper refrigeration or transportation by the customer or third-party couriers engaged by the customer

It is the sole responsibility of the recipient to ensure that products are received, handled, and stored in accordance with the temperature guidelines provided. We strongly advise against leaving the products unattended, especially in warm environments such as building lobbies, vehicles, or outdoor delivery drop-offs.
